CAM · 01● RECProvenance is a game about struggling; about a broken past and an uncertain future, and the strange interconnectivity of the internet: both the love it carries and the pain it leaves behind. You play as Zashi, a woman who is lost and hurt, going through the motions to scrape together an existence. Magic and technology saturate her world, but both have been twisted into instruments of control rather than tools of assistance.
To get by, Zashi dives into servers to retrieve lost data, lost friendships, and forgotten memories. Her dives keep pulling her toward "Fantasy Garden", an aging MMO she and her friends used to play together.
In the wake of a digital apocalypse, the mainframe of Fantasy Garden is a haunted, beautiful ruin, full of secrets to uncover and dangers to survive. Choose from three different classes and dive in; what waits in the servers is about the people Zashi lost as much as the data she came to find.
